Excellent service and massage! We were visitors from New England and chose Smoky Mountain Massage from their website. The accommodated our schedule and my daughter and I each had one-hour massages. It was a wonderful massage by kind and experienced therapists. If in the area again, we would definitely schedule another visit with them.

Amazing massage! Two friends and I came to Pigeon Forge for our annual girls’ trip and decided to get massages. Sheila was my masseuse and did an amazing job! It was very relaxing while also working the tension and knots out of my neck and shoulders. We are already planning to return next year while on our trip!

A painful experience My wife and I decided to get massages while we were in Pigeon Forge. We both have plenty of experience getting massages everywhere from cruise ships and high-end spas to local one-man band places. We read the reviews and were expecting a good experience. My wife's massage was fine. Nothing special but adequate. Mine was a nightmare. I always get a deep tissue massage because I enjoy getting all the knots worked out. I have had them from dozens of different licensed massage therapists over the years. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. It's as if the masseuse was trying to find specific areas that hurt and push on them for no apparent reason. It's the first time I've ever gotten up off the table. Feeling worse than what I lay down. Toward the end of the massage she kept pushing her fingers up under the back of my skull and pulling. I have never had anything quite like this before and now two days later the back of my head still hurts.

Amazing Highly recommend! We did our first in cabin massage and the experience was amazing! The two women came in set up, we’re friendly and nice but very professional. I can not say enough great things about this place! If your looking to try something different do it! We will certainly be back!

Boys Golf, Girls Get Massages Our husband's were golfing, so the girls decided to go get massages at Smoky Mountain Massage. Our preferences are complete opposite. I prefer lighter tough and a relaxing massage while my friend prefers deep tissue. Jenna was the therapist for deep tissue. She did an excellent job. My friend is particular about her massages. She knows what she wants and the areas that need to be addressed. She raved about Jenna! She hit those areas and with enough pressure to satisfy the deep tissue need. My therapist was Michela. She was great! I fell asleep on the table, that's how relaxing my massage was! She had the right amount of pressure, she did find some knots that she worked out and really did a fantastic job delivering a relaxing experience. We went to the spa's location for our services. Their setup is truly relaxing. Calming tones of paint and wood throughout. It was also great to have two therapists at the same time. We have been in smaller vacation towns where it was only one Massage therapist and we had to wait for one another to be done. Loved that we could book at the same time. We will be back the next time we're in town (likely next September)! Thanks for great massages Jenna and Michaela!

First massage ever! My daughter and I was there yesterday, I got the deep tissue, she got the regular one. First time for us. Let me tell you. It felt so good. So relaxing. The ladies there are freindly and professional. We will be getting a massage on a regular basis now.
